2023 Giant Can Drive with Skate Jawn and Vans Skateboarding

Well, it’s official: we did it again. This past Thursday we held the second annual (we can call it ‘annual’ because we’ve done it two years in a row) Giant Can Drive at Vans Space 198 along with Skate Jawn and Vans Skateboarding. If you missed it…we feel bad for you. We had food and drinks from Minnows, a very festive holiday atmosphere, and we collected A TON of donations for One Community, a local food distribution serving folks in need.

Additionally, we gave away money. This proved to be popular, as one could likely guess. Tricks over the can resulted in cash handed to the executors of said tricks, and the trick we deemed the best of the evening, a floaty backside bigsping by Aamir Williams, was rewarded with $100 cash.

Huge thanks to everyone who came out and donated, we’re hoping to keep the event going and growing in 2024!
